Returns and Cancellations
Because our products are made just for you, we cannot accept returns of custom bottle caps or custom labels.
In the event of errors in production, contact info@bottlemark.com.
Orders that have been placed but not yet printed may be cancelled without a fee. Once your order goes to print,
we can no longer accept changes or cancellations.
Customers are encouraged to order small quantities before placing a large custom order to assure themselves of
the suitability of the product.
